BALLARD Richard Thomas (Dick) Of Bishop's Castle Ex Master of The United Pack Passed away on Saturday 13th May 2023. Aged 74 years. Much loved Partner of Sue. He will be missed by his sister Trish and all his family and friends. Funeral Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday 8th June 2023 at 1.15p.m. Family flowers only.
