WATKINS David Thomas 'Dave' of Heol y Brenin, Rhayader. Loving Husband, Father and Grancha, passed away on Tuesday 25th April 2023 aged 78 years. A Service and Cremation will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Friday 12th May 2023 at 12.15pm.
