TAVERNOR Janet Mary Passed away on the 4th January 2023 aged 73 years, of Newport. Sister to the late Bill, Peter & Meg. Sadly missed by family & friends. Janet was born at Chirbury, Montgomeryshire and lived at Upton Bishop, Aymestrey and Canon Pyon. She studied History at Queens University, Belfast and afterwards at Oxford University. She then dedicated her life to teaching. She taught first in the south of England before moving to Newport, Shropshire and teaching at various Schools in the West Midlands area. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at Chirbury Church on Tuesday 7th February at 1pm. Family flowers only. Donations if so desired to the Royal Osteoporosis Society.
