RICHARDS Dylan Neeson Passed away surrounded by his family at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on Friday 18th November 2022. Dylan of Borth and Norwich aged 48 years. A much loved family man, father, son, brother, grandson and a true friend to many. Public funeral service to be held at St. Matthews Church, Borth on Friday 9th December 2022 at 1pm. Family flowers only.
