DOBBINS William Raymond 'RAY' of Maesmawr, Rhayader passed away at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth on Monday 10th October 2022 aged 81 years. Funeral Service at St Clement's Church, Rhayader on Friday 4th November 2022 at 11.30am. Followed by Cremation at Hereford Crematorium at 3.15pm.
