WATKINS Elfed Of Heol Pengwern, Newtown passed away peacefully in Welshpool Hospital on Sunday, 11th September 2022 aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Lorna and a much loved father of Alison and her partner David. Funeral service at Aberystwyth Crematorium on Wednesday, 28th September at 1pm.
