MORGAN David John (John) Doctor, and former Welshpool town Councillor, passed away quietly June 25th 2022 at the Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, aged 58 years. His family would like to thank his friends, and those who supported and cared for John during his long brave battle, sadly lost.
