MINTER Colin Passed away peacefully on December 21st 2021, aged 85 years of Welshpool. Sadly missed Husband of Megan. Dear Father of Paul and Sarah, Stepfather to Chris and a dearly loved Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Due to the current situation a private funeral service will take place. No flowers please.
