WALKER Connie Passed away peacefully at The Oaks Nursing Home, Newtown on November 30th 2021, aged 96 years. Beloved Wife of the late Gordon. Much loved Mother of Gwyneth, Pauline, and the late Christine. Mother-in-law to Tom and Lesley, and a loving Gran. A private funeral will take place.
