POWELL David Philip Stephen Andrew 'David' Passed away peacefully on November 13th 2021, aged 66 years of Dol-Y-Felin, Welshpool. Beloved Husband of the late Delyth. Much loved Father of Leigh, Marc, Ben, Debbie and Anthony. A much loved Grandad. Funeral Service at Welshpool Methodist Church on Tuesday December 7th 2021 at 1pm, followed by Interment in Maesgwastad Cemetery. Family flowers only.
