CAPENER Frank Of Beech Close, Newtown passed away peacefully in Newtown Hospital on Friday, 5th November 2021, aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband of Val, much loved dad of Ernie, Andrew, Simon and Duncan and a loving father-in-law, grandad, great grandad and brother. A private family funeral will take place. A public gathering will be announced in due course. Family flowers, donations if desired to Newtown Garden Club, Newtown Hospital League of Friends or Newtown Amateur Dramatics Society.
