ADAMS Hazel Irene Ty Deri, Rhayader. Formerly of Glannant, Rhayader. Passed away peacefully at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth on 23 September 2021 aged 78 years. Widow of Clifford. Mother to Kathleen, Elizabeth, John and Anthony, grandmother to Rhiannon and Johannah. A much-loved sister, aunt, colleague and friend. Cremation took place at Aberystwyth Crematorium followed by a memorial service at St Clement's Church, Rhayader on 7 October 2021, conducted by Rev. Lance Sharp. Hazel's family thank all relatives and friends who attended the memorial service and for the many wreaths, donations and cards received. Special thanks to Mr John Humphreys as organist and The Elan Hotel for providing the tea. Appreciation to the Intensive Care Unit at Bronglais Hospital for their kindness. The family would like to express their gratitude to Suzanne, Mal and Michael of M. Morgan Lloyd for the funeral arrangements.
