PARKER Richard I would like to inform anyone that knew Richard Parker that he sadly passed away on 24th May 2021. Due to Covid regulations, the funeral is family only. There will be a small wake at The 6 Bells, Billingshurst, for friends and family wishing to pay their respects. Richard will be sadly missed by loving wife Liz and his 2 daughters, and many grandchildren who loved him very much.
