RUTTER Mike Of Cae Cymric, Newtown, passed away suddenly in Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on Thursday, 6th May 2021, aged 79 years. Much loved brother and brother in law to Jim & Julie, Fran and the late Ray, a dearly loved uncle and a dear friend of Linda. Due to the current Covid restrictions a private funeral will take place at All Saints Church followed by burial in Newtown Cemetery. For those people not able to attend, the hearse will travel along Broad Street and also pause outside the Queens Head public house on Friday 28th May at 1.45pm. Very sad and shocked to hear of MIke's death. I have many happy memories of nights out in Newtown with Mike and the local lads. Four of us once spent two weeks in a caravan holiday in Rhyl. Mike and I played football together in Newtown. It was also sad to read that Ray had also passed away. My sincere condolences to the family.
