OWEN William Herbert 'Bill' Ex Postman Passed away peacefully on March 14th 2021, aged 85 years of Brynglas, Welshpool. Much loved Husband of the late Heulwen. Dear Brother of Jim, Margaret and the late Cyril and Neil. Brother-in-law of Sheila, Kathleen and Evelyn. Due to the current situation a private Family Funeral will take place. Any Donations given in memory will be gratefully received for either New Street Chapel or Welshpool Hospital League of Friends.
