BOWEN Richard Thomas 'Tom' Passed away peacefully on January 28th 2021, aged 91 years of Guilsfield. Dear Brother of Pryce, Glyn, Eric, Glenys and the late Trevor and Ivor. He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. Due to the current situation a private Funeral service will take place.
