PHILIP DAVID LLOYD Passed away on 13th January 2021, age 73, at his home in Yorkshire, formerly of Rhayader. Much loved husband of Jennifer, dad of Joanne and Karen, grandad of Struan and father in law to Mark, brother of Pamela and Alan and son of the late Eric and Betty Lloyd of Rhayader.
