A new restaurant and coffee house is set to host its opening night on Friday (August 2) after weeks of anticipation about the latest addition to the town centre.
Hiraeth will open its doors to pre-booked customers at the historic Plynlimon House in Long Bridge Street this weekend.
Best friends and self-described food and wine lovers Karlene Evans and Yvonne Russell-Jones revealed that their opening night had sold out within an hour of advertising.
The pair said they "absolutely cannot wait to welcome you through our doors for a wonderfully relaxed and celebratory evening" after having a "wonderful" response.

Karlene and Yvonne took over running the Grade II-listed building which was last open as the fine dining restaurant 1894 which closed round 12 months ago.
Hiraeth will be a place to enjoy social meals with friends, a quiet coffee break, and a space to unwind with a glass of wine and nibbles.
The new menu was revealed last month which included tasty food such as cooked breakfasts, fries and flatbreads, nibbles, desserts and small plate meals.
The new restaurant and coffee house will be open on Monday and Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm; Friday and Saturday from 8.30am to 11pm; and Sunday from 9am to 10pm.
