BUILTH Wells slumped to another disappointing defeat as coach Nick Howells warned his side they were now in the midst of a relegation battle.

Tries from Geraint Watkin and Alex Griffith were both converted by Owen Horne who also kicked a brace of penalties to ensure the Quins glory at the Gro.

Veteran Rob Lloyd came off the bench and made an immediate impact with a try and conversion but the Bulls were never game in the game.

Coach Howells warned his side had to drastically improve to revive their fortunes following a sub par display.

“We lacked the patience and clinical edge needed at this level which was most disappointing,” said Howells. “We have a hard task ahead now but we must stick together.

“We had an honest chat at the end of the game and we are now looking ahead to the Kenfig Hill game which we must aim to win and start climbing away from the relegation zone.”
