A COURT has issued an arrest warrant for a Powys woman accused of assaulting another woman.
Jade Roxanna Cambridge had been due to appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 2, but failed to show.
Magistrates had given the 37-year-old the benefit of the doubt last month after she initially failed to show up for a court appearance.
Cambridge is charged with assaulting Kimberley White in Knighton on December 23 last year.
Magistrates heard on the previous occasion that Cambridge, of High Street, Kington, may not have known about the first court hearing as a summons letter was possibly sent to the wrong address.
But after she failed to show this week the bench issued an arrest warrant without bail.
