ONE of the hardest working acts around will grace Llandudno junction with their brand of rock and r’n’b.
Dr Feelgood will play a host of excellent tunes at the Llandudno Junction Labour Club on Wednesday, December 18.
Formed by the late vocalist Lee Brilleaux, Dr Feelgood emerged as the figureheads for the pub rock scene that spawned acts like The Stranglers, Ian Dury and Elvis Costello.
They scored hits with Milk and Alcohol and She's a Windup and are also known for such songs as Down At The Doctors and Roxette.
The Essex lads also broke through to the Top 40 album chart with Malpractice, Sneakin' Suspicion and Stupidity.
From their formation in 1971 to Brilleaux's untimely death in 1994, the Dr Feelgood have never left the road, and continue to perform today.
Despite a number of line up changes over the years, the band never left simple, hard-driving rock ‘n’ roll behind - and their devotion to blues and r’n’b earned them a devoted fan base.
Tickets are £12 in advance from 07747895319 or £15 on door.
