WHO ARE WE?
STP Motorsport is a company with its roots firmly in racing that supplies parts and accessories for road and competition riders alike.
Jon Strike established STP Racing in 2003, competing initially in club racing but moving very quickly into the British Superbike Championship, establishing close links with MV Agusta in the process.
Under the management of two-times World Endurance Champion Warwick Nowland, the racers who have ridden for STP include ex-MotoGP racer Chris Burns, BSB racer Michael Howarth, current Blackhorse Kawasaki rider Victor Cox and current Triumph Triple Challenge front runner Luke Jones.
Another former STP rider is Phil Bevan, now a front runner in the STP Motorsport Powerbike Championship. To complete the circle, STP Racing are former winners of this NG Road Racing organised championship along with the club’s Open Championship. .
In 2009 Jon launched the retail arm supplying parts and accessories online to customers worldwide. Based in Hereford in the UK, STP Motorsport is also the county’s only MV Agusta and Benelli dealer. .
Everyone at STP Motorsport is a bike enthusiast and most have competition experience either on or off road. As such, they are ideally placed to advise you on your biking needs and only too happy to talk two wheels with you. .
STP Motorsport’s philosophy is to test the parts they sell wherever possible in the toughest competition environment available and they continue their involvement in motorsport, supporting and supplying parts to, among others, Ian Lougher’s Blackhorse Kawasaki team racing in the Metzeler British Superstock Championships, both 600 and 1000cc, and in the most demanding road races in the world such as the North West 200 and the Isle of Man TTs.,/p>
STP Motorsport also supports the DB Racing team, the official works Honda team in the British MX2 Championship. .
The feedback that the company receives from the teams they supply helps to ensure that the products they supply to their customers are rugged and reliable enough to meet their needs, however demanding. .
The online shop is big and continuously growing but it can never cover every single part and accessory that STP Motorsport can supply. So if you need a part but can’t find it online or you need some information or advice pick up the phone and give STP a call. We guarantee that there will be a human being at the other end who knows about bikes and loves them every bit as much as you do. .
